H2O AM writes down instruments tied to Lars Windhorst by 60%

H2O AM, the London-based asset manager that announced in late August a temporary freeze of some of its funds to separate out their illiquid assets, provided some details Wednesday on this process in a statement to investors. The Natixis subsidiary revealed that the instruments linked to the Tennor group of the German financier Lars Windhorst “had already been written down by about 60% vs. their nominal value.”
