The Swiss bank plans to sell 30% of the shares of its Italian asset manager to its managers. The boutique has lost more than half of its AuM in two years.

Julius Baer shares closed 6.17% up yesterday at Zurich on the release of encouraging guidance for the Swiss private bank’s full-year earnings.
