Hopes of Brexit and trade agreements have revived long bond yields

Since bottoming out in late August, eurozone yields have rebounded despite a worsened economic environment.

Long bond yields have rebounded spectacularly in the euro zone in the past two weeks. Since bottoming out in late August, the Bund has regained 35 basis points, to -0.37% and the 10-year French OAT 37bp, to -0.07%.
