Spain reduces its 2019 net bond issuance programme

Spain will have issued €194.5bn by yearend.

Spain on 5 September reduced its net medium- and long-term bond issuance programme by one third, to €20bn, a low since 2007, thanks to low interest rates and solid economic growth that has boosted tax receipts.
