Chris McIsaac will succeed Jim Norris as head of international business at US asset manager Vanguard. Norris is retiring after a 33-year stint with the firm. McIsaac is currently Vanguard's head of planning and development division and will relocate to the company's European headquarters in London this month. Karin Risi, currently head of US retail investor group, will take over McIsaac's current role and will be replaced by Matt Benchener, head of retail clients services and operations.

Norris drove Vanguard's global expansion during 12 years. The US asset manager now counts 15 offices across the globe and its assets under management excluding US reach $460bn out of the total $6.3trn assets.
