CNMV eases fixed income, structured products issuances for retail

The Spanish watchdog removes the submission of an expert report on the value of fixed income financial instruments or structured products for retail clients.

Spanish regulator CNMV has announced that as from 21 July 2019, a preliminary expert report on the value of fixed income financial instruments or structured products for retail clients will not be required from Spanish market issuers anymore.
