Eiffel Tower can't be used as asset management brand

French national institute of industrial property INPI has rejected the trademark registration of an asset management brand using the famous Paris monument.

The Eiffel Tower draws seven million visitors per year on average. More than the iconic Paris monument, the brand Tour Eiffel [Eiffel Tower in French, ed], that can provide much visibility, is highly coveted but its use is carefully monitored.
