European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) calls for parity and transparency between EU and third-country benchmarks.

Responding to the European Commission’s (EC) consultation on the review of the Benchmark Regulation (BMR), ESMA proposes to take into account different alternative approaches while defining the scope of the BMR.
