French state returns over €42K dividend taxes to German asset manager

In 2008, the French tax administration had applied dividend withholding taxes on two funds of the asset management company.

The appeal administrative court of Versailles in France, on 25 July, has dropped the case of German asset management company Oppenheim KAG mbH (Oppenheim Fonds Trust GmbH) against the French state, which was sued in court upon dividend withholding
