Irish reg' puts 182 closet-tracker funds under review

The Central Bank of Ireland wants managers of fake actively managed funds to amend prospectuses and KIIDs by March 2020.

The Irish central bank's securities and markets supervision has reviewed all of the 2,550 Irish authorised Ucits funds categorised as actively managed as of March 2018 in an attempt to flush out closet-tracker funds.
